PURCHASING OF RAW MATERIAL

Dai Tien Vinh has suppliers in most of fishing ports along the coastal area from the Western to the Middle of Vietnam. All the handling of seafood is professionally managed to avoid any damage or impact of heat by keeping products in ice at 0 degree Celsius and in thermal – isolated tank throughout the entire collection process and then transported to the plant by specialized truck.

 

RECEIVING AND PROCESSING

The processing plant works under a HACCP plan. All the processing areas are well supervised and always kept in the best possible sanitized condition.

We utilize up – to – date equipment designed for the variety of processes and types of products required by customers (whole, whole gutted, filets, portions).


PACKING

Products are pack in appropriate waxed carton cases that all have printed company and product specifications. Customer information is included on a specific label.


STORAGE AND SHIPPING

The finished products are stored in well - equipped cold warehouse to ensure the temperature of products matching standard of preservation until they are loaded in container to the ocean port.
